Day of Planning

Service Description

• Two planning sessions (in-person or remotely) • Confirm vendor arrival times and create wedding day timeline • Coordinate and facilitate wedding rehearsal • Maximum of 9 hours of service on wedding day • Oversee & coordinate vendors • Coordinate flow of events during ceremony with officiant • Coordinate flow of events during reception with the dj or band • Coordinate send-off (distributing sparklers, bubbles, etc.) • Coordinate cleanup of both the ceremony & reception venues • Pack up personal effects at end of event • Manage any emergency situations that may arise • Responsible for delivering final payment/tips to vendors if necessary
