The Weekend Warrior (Day of Planning)

Starting at $2,500

• Three planning sessions (in-person or remotely)

• Confirm vendor arrival times and create wedding day timeline  

• Coordinate and facilitate wedding rehearsal 

• Maximum of 9 hours of service on wedding day 

• Oversee & coordinate vendors

• Coordinate flow of events during ceremony with officiant

• Coordinate flow of events during reception with the dj or band 

• Coordinate send-off (distributing sparklers, bubbles, etc.) 

• Coordinate cleanup of both the ceremony & reception venues 

• Pack up personal effects at end of event

• Manage any emergency situations that may arise

• Responsible for delivering final payment/tips to vendors if necessary

The Adventure (Partial-Planning)

Starting at $3,500 (includes all services listed above)

• Five planning sessions

• 12 hours of service on wedding day 

• Assist in design elements for ceremony & reception 

• Assist in vendor selections, contracts, follow up & appointments as necessary  

• Ongoing management of vendors as necessary

The Expedition (Full Planning)

Starting at $5,000 (includes all services listed above)

• Seven planning sessions

• 17 hours of service on wedding weekend 

• Assist in designing and planning rehearsal/welcome dinner

• Assist with guest accommodations
